A setting of Psalm 65 for SATB.
Psalm 65
You visit the earth, and water it.
Your raindrops soften the land,
You lavish abundance upon it,
The river of God never runs dry.
You ready the land for the harvest
For you have ordained it thus.
You water the grateful furrows;
And bless the sprouting bud.
The turn of the year sees your plenty
And richness where you have trod.
Then even the desert is fruitful
And even the mountains rejoice.
The meadows are dappled with flocks,
The valleys covered with corn
The hills and the valleys shout for joy
They shout, and yea, they sing!
